This Mindful Vinyasa flow will be a soft, slow-flow practice focused on combining our breathing and movement. All practices begin with short breath work or meditation exercises that can be used as tools throughout the flow. Then we slowly warm up the body through seated postures before arriving at our standing posture flow. All transitions are led mindfully and slowly, with encouragement to maintain slow-deep breathing connected to your movements throughout the practice. This class is suitable for all levels of experience, and modifications will be offered to make each posture work best for your body.
This class is a donation based community class. Most participants pay between $5-$15 per class. all payments can be made via venmo to @jesica-shipley
