N.C. Cooperative Extension Carteret County present "Preserve-A-Long Mini Series: Refrigerator Pickles". Pickling is a great and easy way to preserve fresh vegetables from your garden or farmers' market! Join us on Friday, May 26th for an educational and interactive "preserve-a-long" making refrigerator pickles at the Carteret County Center. We will teach research based information while we preserve vegetables into refrigerator pickles for you to take home! There is a $5.00 fee for supplies.
