N.C. Cooperative Extension Carteret County present "Preserve-A-Long Mini Series: Freezer Jam". Strawberries and other fruits will be in season before you know it! Join us on Friday, May 12th for an educational and interactive "preserve-a-long" making Freezer Jam at the Carteret County Center. We will teach research based information while we preserve fruits into a freezer jam for you to take home! There is a $5.00 fee for supplies.
