The USF International Luncheon Series continues to bring together all USF students, faculty and staff this Spring semester as well. On behalf of the USF School of Hospitality Food and Culture class students, we would like to cordially invite you to attend the International Luncheon: Taste of Africa event on April 20th at 11:45am-1:30pm on USF Tampa campus (Marshall Student Center Room # 3707). This cultural ethnic experience is organized by the USF School of Hospitality International Food and Culture class students (Instructor: Dr. Seden Dogan) in partnership with USF Dining/Aramark and it will give you an idea about the amazing Asian food and culture. Our buffet will include a vast variety of African food and dessert. In this event we will be serving delicious food from different African countries. Please see the full menu items below:

• Chapati (Tanzanian Flat Bread)
• Harissa Grilled Chicken with Chermoula Sauce
• Vegetarian Spinach & Peanut Curry (Mchicha)
• Tanzanian Coconut Rice with Peas and Carrots (Wali Wa Junde Na Karoit)
• Mashed Potatoes with Spinach, Corn and Peas (Irio)
• Coconut Donuts (Madazi)
