The first three hours of this workshop will focus on psychic and mediumship instruction, which will include exercises on how to improve your psychic and mediumship abilities, as well as, how to protect yourself while opening up as a psychic. As part of the third hour, a hypnosis session designed to create a truer connection to participants' psychic awareness will be conducted by Pat O'Keefe, a consulting hypnotist, trained through the National Guild of Hypnotists. The fourth hour brings a special treat! During this time, you will venture into the interior of the gorgeously haunted St. Albans Sanatorium. The last hour ends with participants using what they've learned in the classroom to communicate with the spirits of the sanatorium. For those who are primarily interested in psychic work, there will be an exercise for you to do also, which involves the historic building. All participants will receive a certificate of completion! Everyone will also receive a small gift, something they can use during their guided psychic exploration of St. Albans Sanatorium.
