All Central Oregon physicians, PAs, NPs, and their spouses, are invited to join Central Oregon Medical Society for an evening with Ken Thornburg, PhD, with a program titled The Epidemic of Chronic Disease and Understanding Epigenetics. Dr. Thornburg is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Medicine at OHSU. He and his colleagues are laying the groundwork for understanding the origins and progression of heart disease which will allow a precise plan for disease prevention as well as a more personalized diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions
