Yoga Keys Life invites you to join our Spiritual Saturday, April 1st at 10 am. This two hours event will be tapping into the transitional energy of the 10th day of the moon. The 10th and 11th days of the lunar cycle are about balance, cleansing & restoration. With the power of practices and sound healing with sacred instruments, you will be transported beyond constraints of time and space. We will begin with breathwork & meditation surrounded by all four energies (air, earth, water & fire!), continue with movement in vinyasa flow & pranayama followed by a 20 min Shavasana through sound healing with a Tibetan gong, crystal bowls, ocean drum and other ancient instruments. After a magic Shavasana we will transfer our energies into a harmony ritual "Connect to your inner child". Upon conclusion we will celebrate this beautiful morning and our wonderful gathering with herbal tea and vegan raw desserts from Organic Florida Keys with consultation from our holistic health coach in order to help ground and allow the energies to integrate.
