‘In honor of International kids yoga day’, Emily will be teaching FREE kids yoga all day long. Lululemon has donated their brand new experiential store studio space to celebrate! Emily has passionately been teaching kids yoga since 2014. Teaching children yoga and body/breath connection is what brings my heart joy. Offering them tools to explore their bodies and quiet their mind with breath is my passion. Saturday, April 1st. (Ages 3-5) 10:15am - 11:00am (Ages 6-9) 11:30am - 12:15pm (Ages 10-13) 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Ages 14-17) 2:30pm - 3:30pm Movement, mindfulness, fun.
