Description

Expand your consciousness, decrease chronic pain, and eradicate anxiety with certified Integrative Breathwork specialist, Andrew Ragan, in this potent 2-hour conscious connected breathwork practice. We begin by framing and teaching the breathwork pattern, followed by a simple and effective yoga practice to prepare the body for the breath practice. From there, we'll embark on our 60-minute breathwork journey and end with space for integration and sharing. Our Integrated Breathwork practice is designed to access and release long-held tension patterns stored in the autonomic nervous system. As we do so, we increase our nervous system's capacity for regulation, cultivating ease and spaciousness within. During the Breathwork Journey, you'll find a comfortable position (seated or lying down) and breathe continuously through the nose or mouth (your choice). We use loud music, but if you're sensitive, please bring earplugs. If needed, we may use light touch to facilitate the breathing process. The journey begins lightly, builds up, and then gently lands. Common experiences include trembling, temperature changes, tetany in the hands and feet, and emotional release. As we access the subconscious, old memories and repressed emotions may resurface and release. Possible states of expanded consciousness, spaciousness, and bliss may occur. All of this is normal and okay. Your body will return to a regulated state after the session, feeling more relaxed and self aware than before. By reading this email and choosing to attend the workshop, you are acknowledging that you are fully responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the Integrated Breathwork practice. If you are currently taking any medications or have any of the medical conditions listed, such as Schizophrenia, bi-polar disorder or psychosis, epilepsy, heart conditions, COPD, delicate pregnancy, high/very low blood pressure with fainting history, PTSD, or recent major surgery, you understand that you are taking your own risk in participating in the breathwork session.
