Join us Tuesday April 4th. Doors open at 5:30pm, Music starts at 6:30pm, please plan to arrive by 6pm to check in! The Amazon Symphony Orchestra of Seattle presents our first concert of 2023! Join us at this "common time" for some story time, featuring: Leonard Bernstein, Overture to Candide Gabriel Fauré, Suite from Pelléas et Mélisande Johann Strauss II, An der schönen blauen Donau (On the Beautiful Blue Danube) Felix Mendelssohn, Symphony No. 4 “Italian” Come experience the welcoming sounds of spring with the Amazon Symphony Orchestra! We’ll kick off with Bernstein’s raucous Overture to Candide, followed by Gabriel Fauré’s tragic Pelléas et Mélisande suite, then we’ll lighten the mood with one of the "Waltz King’s" most famous pieces - On the Beautiful Blue Danube. Finally, experience the vibrancy of Italy from Rome to Naples to Florence with Mendelssohn’s 4th Symphony, the "Italian." Attendees must bring their ticket and identification matching the name used when registering the ticket. Amazon employees must bring their badges.
