The Columbus International Film and Animation Festival is an annual event that celebrates the art of filmmaking and animation from around the world. The festival showcases a diverse range of films, from independent and student works to big-budget Hollywood productions and offers a platform for emerging and established filmmakers and animators to showcase their work to a global audience. At the festival, you can expect to see a variety of films and animations across different genres, including drama, comedy, documentary, animation, and experimental films. The festival is held, virtually, over several days. We are screening top films for one day of in person screening at a local movie theater. Awards are also given out in different categories, such as Best Narrative Feature, Best Animated Short, Best Documentary, and more. Columbus International Film and Animation Festival is a celebration of the power of storytelling through film and animation, and a great opportunity to experience a diverse range of works from around the world.
