Urban Living Tour is a self-guided open house of apartments, condos, and homes in the Columbus area. You'll see an assortment of new builds, remodels, apartment communities, parks, and all the amenities that go with city living! The Urban Living Tour is a self-guided tour featuring living options in Columbus and surrounding neighborhoods. This year’s tour is Sunday, May 7, 2023 from 9 am – 5 pm. NOTE: Check-in and Day of Tickets are only on sale at The Julian, 272 S. Front st, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 between 9am and 3pm on Sunday, May 7. Residential stops on the Tour include: The Julian, New City Homes, 150 N Third, The Aubrey, The Jacqueline, Residences at Topiary Park, Gravity, The Sage at Jeffrey Park, Brewers Yard, and River & Rich. Begin your self-guided tour at The Julian located at 272 S. Front St, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 beginning at 9am. The Julian will start your tour off with a kickoff party featuring local artists, musicians, coffee and more. Check out the schedule below! Check-in this year is at The Julian, 272 S. Front st, Columbus, Ohio, 43215 Do I need to be at the check in location at 9am? No, you do not. We will begin checking people in at 9am and continue to do so until 3pm. All stops will be open until 5pm. The Day-of ticket check-in location is The Julian, 272 S. Front st, Columbus, Ohio, 43215. Do I have to wear a mask? We are mask friendly but masks are not required. What about the weather? Urban Living Tour is rain or shine. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? The Urban Living Tour is self-guided and the tour can be completed in any order, however we will provide recommended tour routes for 2023. Guests can bike, drive, scoot, or take the bus to any of the tour stops. Parking meters are free on Sundays. Are IDs or a minimum age required to enter the event? No, all ages are welcome on the tour. Children under the age of 15 can attend without a ticket. Some stops on the tour include construction sites which may not be suitable for children. What is the refund policy? Guests will be refunded in full up to one week before the event starts. After that, no refunds will be given. Tickets can be traded, transferred or sold personally. However, if you are feeling sick the day of the tour, please email [email protected] and we will assist you. Do not attend the tour if you are feeling sick. Urban Living Tour is a rain or shine event. Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event? No, digital tickets can be used to check in. Once guests check-in they will be provided with a Tour booklet that will act as their ticket at each tour stop. We will not be doing wristbands for 2023. Each guest will need a booklet for admission to the tour stops. Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Yes, tickets can be traded, transferred or sold personally. The name on the ticket does not need to match the person checking in, however once a code is scanned by our team it cannot be used again so please make sure to purchase one ticket per person coming on the tour. Can I purchase tickets in person? Tickets can also be purchased on May 7(the day of the tour) for $10 (cash or credit) at The Julian between 9am and 3pm. If you are planning on coming on the tour we recommend buying your ticket in advance so we can be prepared for you! Your email address may also be shared with the tour partners. It will not be shared or sold to anyone else. Photo/Video Policy Columbus Underground photographs and records this event.
