Join presenter Amanda Erickson, Director of Education & Outreach at the Kaleidoscope Youth Center, for a workshop on the best practices for supporting LGBTQIA+ youth. This workshop is intended for service providers and first responders, but all those who are interested are welcome to attend. There is a possibility that CEUs may be available for this event. Please bring your license information with you to complete the necessary paperwork. Participant-Centered Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, participants will be able to: Identify two specific instances of anti-LGBTQ+ discrimination, relevant to their field. Identify two specific individual next steps for application and integration outside of the training. Identify two specific organizational next steps for application and integration outside of the training.
