Children's Workshop on Earth Day - How Plants Grow and Why We Need Them

Decker’s Nursery wants to share Earth Day with the children. We're going to gather outdoors and discuss trees, shrubs and flowers. Children will learn about the different parts of plants and how they function. We'll want to review why plants are important for the Earth; and if all goes well I hope to plant something with the group. This event will occur last approximately 1 hour and we're going to be outdoors so please be sure to dress accordingly. If we end up getting rain on this day, we'll plan to reschedule for the next day - Sunday, April 23rd at the same time. Space is limited so please be sure to RSVP to save your spot.
