Join us at the Phoenician Restaurant/Michael's Function Hall on Cinco de Mayo for a night full of laughs and great food featuring a comedy lineup headlined by Boston comedy legend Steve Sweeney! Other featured acts include local comedians Paul Landwehr and Jen Howell! - Tickets for the show are $25 plus applicable taxes and fees and you can add on the option to attend our buffet for an additional $20 per ticket when purchasing! - Tables 1-6 are reserved for those looking to purchase the entire table for their group. About The Comics: - Born in Charlestown, Steve Sweeney is a legendary Boston comedian known as a master of dialects and character voices. With his famous Boston accent and great insight into human nature, Sweeney is so thoroughly Bostonian that he merits his own stop on the MBTA Green Line. He has appeared in dozens of films and televisions shows including Letterman, 2019’s Sweeney Killing Sweeney (in which he spoofed his own persona), as well as Denzel Washington’s The Equalizer, Rodney Dangerfield’s Back to School, The Farelly Brothers’ There’s Something About Mary and Me, Myself and Irene, Next Stop Wonderland, and several others. He is a frequent guest on Boston radio and was host of the morning-drive Sweeney’s Neighborhood on WZLX (100.7 FM). - Paul Landwehr is a Manchester, New Hampshire native who is a regular at all the top comedy clubs and theaters throughout New England and has worked with some of the top stand up comedy acts including Gilbert Gottfried, Bobby Kelly, Godfrey, Juston McKinney, Emma Willmann, Michael Kosta, and Lenny Clarke! In 2017, Paul made his comedy debut on a national level and has been featured on NPR and was a finalist in the New York City Comedy Contest. He’s performed at Caroline’s on Broadway, Dangerfield’s, and the CBS Comedy Scene. - Jennifer Howell resides in Lowell, MA and is a comedian with a hopeful perspective on becoming a better human who hopes to help others find amusement in embracing their inner weirdo. When not on stage, you can find her surfing or leading music-heavy yoga classes and retreats all over the world.
