Come join us for a restorative breathwork journey with the hypnotic tones of crystal sound bowls. This class will help you relax and reset your nervous system. You will leave feeling relaxed, sleep like a log and wake up feeling completely refreshed the next day! This class will be done laying down on a mat with pillows and blankets. You can bring your own or we will provide some. Please bring some water with you to class Class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by about 50 minutes of restorative breath work with a 5 minute closing meditation. Class will begin promptly at 7:15. If the parking lot is full, there is additional parking space right across Carleton Ave
