Sun King Brewery + Fishers Test Kitchen Dinner Series - April 20th, 2023 The second Sun King Brewery + Fishers Test Kitchen Beer Dinner Series features Gordito's Rust Belt Tacos & Tortas by Levi Kinney on Thursday, April 20th at the Sun King Fishers Small-Batch Brewery and Taproom. This seated, four-course pairing will focus on the art of selected beers to accompany dishes curated by Chef Levi Kinney. As the paired courses are served, attendees will gain an understanding of how to taste and exhibit beer, allowing for better integration and presentation of beer with food. Participants will also learn the "why and hows" behind combinations of different beers with different foods and ingredients as building blocks for creating their own pairings at home.
