As a result, it is important for real estate agents to understand appraisals and who the appraiser works for. The purpose of this course is to provide insight into the residential appraisal process. Course will provide a review of a blank appraisal report. Agents will gain the knowledge to recognize a valid appraisal, elements of the appraisal process and what to do if a property does not appraise for the sales price and how to proceed if it’s determined that a correction needs to be made to the appraisal report. Refunds will be provided up to 24 hours prior to the start of class. Cancellation must be in writing. After that, no refunds will be provided.
