EVENT & VENDOR INFORMATION: • Event Highlights: We are creating a space just for your business to bloom & come alive; during this community event, your customers will enjoy Free Gifts, Food, Business Community Networking, Music and much more - - - • Event Date: Saturday, April 1st 2023 • Event Time: 2:00pm – 6:00pm • Event Location: 401 West Pecan Street, Suite E, Pflugerville, TX 78660 • Registration for a FREE Gift: on Eventbrite • Vendor Space Details & Fee o Option A ($45 - Outdoors) - Vendor will need to provide their own 6’ table; table cannot exceed 6’; spaces are outdoor, under covered & shaded area; no electric provided; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). o Option B ($55 - Indoors) - Vendor utilizes 4' Table Space inside Gallery One Point Fashion Facility; Spaces are air conditioned and have electricity; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). o Option C ($55 -FOOD Outdoors) – Vendor will need to provide their own, One-two (1-2) 6’ tables with 10x10 tent; spaces are outdoor, with limited electricity provided; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). o Option D ($45 -FOOD Indoors) – Vendor will need to provide their own, One (1) 6’ table inside; Space is inside Gallery One Point Fashion Facility; Space is air conditioned and has electricity; Vendor advised to practice COVID Protocols (hand sanitation/solutions, mask wearing, etc.…). • Vendor Requirements - Completed Vendor Agreement Form & Vendor Fee no later than, Saturday, March 25th before 4pm • Vendor Setup - Vendor arrival can be at Noon; break down no sooner than 6:00pm
