Experience an exciting mix of intimate personal storytelling and mini presentations linking the past and the present of Asian American experiences. Dr. Ada Cheng weaves personal stories to highlight the myth of the model minority, the perpetual foreigner image, “othering” via micro-aggressions, and the negative impact of stereotypes on Asian Americans under the global pandemic.
