This is a worldwide event involving over 80 countries. The purpose of this day is to introduce the public to the health benefits of tai chi and traditional Chinese medicine. It is also a chance for practitioners to come together and share different aspects of tai chi. World Tai chi Day - The Woodlands is the longest running World Tai Chi Qigong Day (WTCQD) gathering in SE Texas. This free event will be held on April 29, 2023 at The Woodlands Recreation Center, Rob Fleming, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, The Woodlands, TX. It begins at 9:00 AM and will last until 12:00 PM. The public is invited to attend free workshops and demonstrations throughout the day.
