We hope to have a long lasting Sunday Funday party following her memorial, wear your dancing shoes. Pink, white or cheetah print attire is encouraged. This is a security enforced event. Any donations will go towards Karly's Memorial fund, for use for celebration of Life expenses, future memorial location, casting ceremony, bereavement process and to continue to keep her story alive and fight for change in laws on her behalf. This is happening too frequently across the country and by the same violent offenders. The system let Karly down and took her life. The system should be adjusted to keep the public law abiding citizens safe. Karly's Mom, Amber is committed to continue to fight for change, and so that her daughter is not forgotten and her death will not be in vain. Being a voice for victims is now an internal madatory mission to her. This process and attempt at healing is unexplainable. No more innocent young ladies should lose their future and no more families should be ripped apart like The WoodGirls have. Her case is still ongoing and more guilty criminals are out who took part in this awful event that shattered Karly and her family's world. We need to continue to add to rewards and fight for all those involved to be caught and for witnesses to speak up for Karly Rain. This would have been Karly's 21st birthday, we plan to celebrate her essence, style, spirit and kindness with memories, stories, music and ALL THINGS KARLY! She deserved more than she got from this world and we are going to try to celebrate the beautiful soul she is. The captivating beauty she was and the sweet humorous personality and infectious smile she had. She was kind to everyone and inspired confidence as well as had a way to ignore drama and convert her day to the happiness she desired. She made everyone around her feel better, feel seen and just a little bit more special. Karly was unapolagetically HER and That Girl everyone wanted to be. Talented at everything, perfectly pretty, and a sweet pure hearted soul that had a glow that lit up the room.
