As women, we often extend ourselves in order to be all things for all of the people we love. Work/career, family, children, chores, and other relationships often take precedence in our daily routines over taking care of ourselves. That is where Create Wellness hopes to enter the picture. Create began in 2018 as a vision from Sarita Harp-Gillespie to provide women with a place to network and grow together while hearing from leaders in various areas impacting women. Sarita has always loved and worked toward more holistic approach to wellness, and following a breast cancer diagnosis in Spring of 2022 she became more committed to the effort of living fully and holistically. This birthed the idea of Create Wellness -- a place for women to come together with like-minded women to learn + grow and create well lives. Cindy & Sarita met through rodeo with their daughters. Their friendship has evolved from just supporting and surviving through the ups and downs of rodeo, to professional accountability partners -- and now a joint venture on women's holistic wellness. At this year's workshop we will hear from leaders on the topics of physical, financial, spiritual, and emotional wellness. Attendees will also have the opportunity to shop + network with local woman-owned vendors.
