Sister, you’re invited to join us for an experience that stands for you living your fullest, most abundant life and as the truest expression of your Soul! Come as you are.. for you will leave feeling aligned, clear, and empowered in the deepest level of your Soul! Together, we will gather at _15:13 Fitness & Strength_ for a sacred daytime retreat that will empower you to reconnect with your Soul, deepen your intuition, tap into your greatest visions of desire for 2023, and release the energetic blockages that currently hold you back! This group experience will be hosted by Kim Williams and facilitated by Psychic Life Coach & Energy Healer; Courtney Van Atta. This five-hour experience will include customized teachings, group dialogue and mentorship, and various energy & sound healing modalities (including healing breathwork, a meditative sound bath & group Reiki energy healing)! Plus, healthy snacks and beverages. Within this space we will intentionally discover: •How to fully (and safely) connect with your intuition •The most expansive visions of your Heart & how you can manifest them •How to recognize and free yourself from (subconscious) energy blockages that hold you back from living abundantly •The power of meditation and sound healing •Undoubtedly, much more (as will happen when women gather in such beautiful spaces) All retreat materials will be provided by your hostess, but if you have a favorite water bottle/yoga mat/journal you are invited to bring whatever will provide you comfort!
