Friday, May 5th at 7 PM Hosted at Foeder House + Kitchen Join us at Royal Docks Brewing Company as we celebrate Cinco de Mayo with a special dinner paired with agave spirits! Dinner will be four courses and each course will be paired with an agave spirit-based cocktail. Course One: Crusherita with Backyard Crusher paired with Ceviche- Snapper. Candied Lime. Maldon Salt Course Two: Smoke & Spice (Blanco)paired with Tostada- Avocado. Smoked Chicken. Chile Salsa Course Three: Subculture (Reposado) paired with Carne Asada- Cilantro Rice. Salsa Verde Course Four: Cinnamon Sour (Blanco) paired with Churros- Citrus Sugar.
