The stress of a busy day will immediately melt away as you enter a darkened art gallery / yoga room filled with illuminating candlelight and soothing music. With a focus on connecting to your breath, you’ll make your way through a slow-moving Yin Yoga practice, preparing your body and mind to unwind from the day’s activities.
Class will end with a pampering savasana that includes a guided relaxation and reiki energy healing if you wish to receive it. Ease into your week in the best way possible by centering, stretching and relaxing into your physical body, and giving your mind a much needed reset.
