During the session, Kerry will play the sound bowls, and Maksim will perform therapeutic Tibetan sound work on the body, therapeutic touch, energy healing, guided imagery, and affirmations to take with you into your evening. WHAT TO WEAR: Restorative yoga is a gentle, relaxing form of yoga that typically involves slow, passive stretches and long holds in supported poses.
