Productivity Coaching Launch Party!! I would love to invite all new and experienced agents to a new and improved program we are launching! Food & Drinks will be provided- Big thanks to Abstract & Title and Nick Metiva! Productivity coaching is where growth and success are abundant! I want to help agents bridge the gap between having their license, just floundering in their business to understanding what it takes to succeed in Real Estate at any level. Clarity, Action, Intention and Accountability are our main focuses. (All key ingredients to the success you're looking to achieve.) I intend to get you clear on WHY you're doing what you're doing, WHAT you're missing and HOW to embrace accountability as one of the most powerful tools you have available to achieve any level of success you desire. My ultimate goal and passion is helping empower agents to build a life by design and in turn - a successful businesses through support and accountability, to take you from zero to capping! _______________________________________________________________________________________________ My goals for PC: - To help agents gain radical clarity about their present circumstance, goals, vision and future. - To have multiple levels of growth from different types of agents from brand new to veterans. This program is NOT just for new agents, this is built for agents at all levels of productivity. - To help agents lay a solid foundation to build upon so that they will graduate the productivity program with the skills, resilience and confidence to have a successful career in Real Estate! -Increase agent productivity (Make YOU more money!) -Assist agents in goal setting, planning, time blocking and accountability. -Establish and hold agents accountable to clear activities necessary for agents in the program to write a contract in their first 30 days and continue momentum after that. -Help agents to obtain capper status in their first 12 months (Earning 100% of your commission!) OR to demolish the ceiling an experienced agent may be hitting.
