Please register by contacting Debi Reynolds, by calling 914-366-3395 or emailing [email protected]. This support program is in-person, and will meet in the Hoch Center at Phelps Hospital (755 N. Broadway, Sleepy Hollow, NY 10591) Please allow a few minutes to check-in at the front desk in the lobby before the meeting.This community program is open to the public. The United Ostomy Association of America invites those with an ostomy, planning on getting an ostomy, caregivers, family, friends, and medical professionals to learn about new products, gain knowledge about how to manage your care, and benefit from the support of others. There is no registration necessary for members, and there is a $10 one-time fee to become a member. Please contact Debi Reynolds at (914) 366-3395 to inquire about membership so you can attend.
