This Chair Yoga class will include a Warm Up, Light-Weight Toning, Yoga, & Guided Relaxation.
What to Bring: A water, to stay hydrated during class. Arrive wearing comfortable clothing & athletic shoes. The chair & small, handheld weights are provided.
Who this class is for: This class is for adults who desire a toning & yoga class that doesn't require them to get onto the floor. Although some of the exercises & yoga poses are encouraged to be done while standing, seated options are available for every part of this class.
