Dr. Blake Bennett, Associate Professor and Extension Economist, Texas A&M Agrilife Extension will be our instructor for the day, and will be talking about the Resident Homestead Tax Exemption, as well as What Realtors Need to Know About Floodplains. These topics will add some new tools to your belt when assisting clients!
The event will begin with lunch and drink tickets at 11:30am, at 903 Brewers.
The course will be 2 hour long, worth 2 TREC credit hour, and end promptly at 2pm.
