SBDC consultant, Gil Cardon is a multi-industry business development professional specializing in sales, marketing, strategic planning, and operations management. He has received international, national, state, and regional awards for numerous achievements in economic development. Gil currently works with entrepreneurs and organizations in California across all industries to help start, grow, and sustain their businesses. He continues to partner with government agencies and regional stakeholders to improve the economic landscape of dynamic communities. Space is limited, please register as early as possible. Who is Valley Sierra SBDC? Valley Sierra Small Business Development center (SBDC) is a non-profit located in Modesto, Ca. The SBDC opened in 2003, and they have helped create and retain over 10,000 jobs and assisted with securing more the $435 million in loans and equity in Stanislaus and Tuolumne counties. The Valley Sierra SBDC in collaboration with the City of Turlock are working together to support local entrepreneurs and small businesses, as well as providing the tools and resources to start, and grow their businesses. The new program, Turlock: Small Business, Large Impact, aims to fully understand local small businesses' issues, connect local entrepreneurs with resources, make business owners aware of opportunities available, and provide no-cost training and consultations with expert advisors.
