Join iJuice Health Bar and Spiritual Wilderness Guide Adam Tutor for a journey that squeezes the most joyful juice out of life for your mind, body, and spirit! Outdoor enthusiasts and casual strollers alike will meet outside iJuice & iChakras near the beautiful rainbow mural on 1st and Main st Downtown Los Altos, and experience the gifts of Mother Nature through a (mostly) silent meditation hike through the Redwoods of Los Altos and then gather back at iJuice Cold Press juice bar for refreshments and mindfulness. The hike will include specially curated experiences along the trail to attune your chakras in harmony with the wilderness, light movement exercises, and a guided meditation with live music. Benefits of integrating your exercise routine with mindfulness and nature include reduced stress, calming of the parasympathetic nervous system, increased oxygen supply (especially in the redwoods!), calmness of mind, and reduced inflammation through grounding on the earth. And then you get to cleanse your system with fresh fruits and greens, a full reset for all parts of your being! Notes: This is made for all ages and all levels of hikers - the trail is easy and mostly flat, and we'll be walking slowly and stopping frequently. Please bring water, light jackets, and a small pillow or blanket to sit on for meditation. Bio for Adam Tutor: Adam Tutor is a spiritual wilderness guide and men's capacity coach who has recently transplanted from Texas to the Santa Cruz Mountains to pursue his lifelong dream of healing the hearts of men through meditation. Through 1-on-1 coaching, immersive wilderness retreats, and sacred circles, he reignites men's relationship with Spirit by leading them back to the earth. He is currently writing his first book "More Men Meditating (And How It Will Heal the World)", a guidebook and testimony, and it will be due out Summer 2023.
