Jaye is the first openly transgender comedian to perform at Madison Square Gardenand is a regular at New York City’s “Comedy Cellar". In 2021 she was featured as one of the "New Faces" at the Just For Laugh's comedy festival and has also been featured at The Boston and Limestone Comedy Festivals. She regularly tours with Amy Schumer and Louis CK and was in the mot recent season of Inside Amy Schumer.
