This year's Summit event will be held in conjunction with the Designer Showhouse, for what we are calling the Summit at the Showhouse. This event is intended to round out our Women to Watch series in a culminating topic surrounding accountability, and how it applies to our daily lives and leadership. Throughout the League year, we have heard from a number of community members about assessing our strengths/weaknesses, prioritization, goals and leadership styles. All of this has been done in an effort to make 2023 the best year possible for all of us as we step further out of our zoom boxes and assess the new normal. None of this would be possible, however, without acknowledgement of how we are going to keep ourselves oriented toward these goals. We are beyond excited to have Mary McElroy share how we can holistically and healthfully keep ourselves accountable this year and beyond!
