Confidence is a muscle that has to be put under pressure in order to grow. In this event I'm going to put you outside your comfort zone like never before! You are going to have to say/ask the randomest, weirdest, and boldest (all still respectful) things to people (in person) so you get better at handling rejection. My goal is to have people REJECT YOU, on purpose. All the times you've wished you walked up to a stranger, but didn't...ENDS NOW. I'm Julia Malakiman, Silicon Valley's Dating Coach, and I help singles with approach anxiety or social anxiety overcome their fears so they feel in control and unafraid. At this event I'm going to support you and coach you through exposure therapy. You're going to be exposed to uncomfortable situations that are meant to help you grow and develop your confidence. Let's reprogram your mindset and then we TAKE ACTION. The way you look at rejection will completely change. Most people take rejection to mean somethings gone wrong. No, not at all. The way you bounce back from rejection is what builds your confidence. This event will be only a small group of people (men or women). I will walk you through the process of a confident mindset. Most of the time will be you going talking to strangers, with my support and guidance. We will debrief what happened, how you handled it, what you learned from it, why was it so difficult, and how it's no big deal. But it is a BIG DEAL to get started and do the hard things you're scared of. This event is for anyone who wants to improve their confidence and social skills. Your reasons for attending do not have to be dating or relationship related. You could want to attend to have more courage in your business, or to have better self-esteem. The rewards for joining this event are HUGE. This type of support is never combined with in-person rejection therapy, until now.
