Lucy is a certified yoga instructor with more than 15 years dedicated to the practice. Class will be accessible to all levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis, and catered to each individual. Students are asked to wear comfortable, breathable clothing and to bring their own yoga mats to the studio.
Lucy's classes are structured with fun, creative sequences to keep the mind balanced and body strong. The aim is that each student leaves class feeling more relaxed, focused and connected with themselves, and that they have the opportunity for growth in their practice.
