Description

Does your kid have an interest in business or the food service industry? In this class, your child will learn industry basics including food safety, knife skills and customer service. As a group, the kids will plan and create a menu, learn about food cost and budgeting, and design advertising campaigns. Their kid-designed menu will then be showcased in our café and will be carried out by our kitchen staff so that they get a chance to see it all in action. This unique experience will give your kids a taste of being an entrepreneur in the food service industry! This class will be from 9am-1pm. Lunch and snacks are provided.
