Presenter Kate Hufnagel, owner of The Digital Wrangler in Colorado, is an experienced estate and digital organizer. For the past 25 years has educated individuals and families on what makes up modern-day estates, how technology is a complexity multiplier and how laws and privacy policies — which we love when we’re alive — work against us when we’re not. As a workshop attendee, you will learn why it’s imperative to consider getting your affairs organized — and how technology is making it more challenging. Business owners also will learn what additional considerations they must take into account when doing estate planning. With Kate's guidance, you will through a couple of activities so you can designate individual(s) to be granted legal access to some of your digital accounts when you’re not able or available. Be sure to bring your phone and/or laptop! Registration runs from 8-8:30 a.m., with the workshop starting at 8:30 a.m. Light refreshments will be served.
