Bay Class of 2027 and Transfer Student Placement Test

All students entering Bay in the Class of 2027 or as a transfer student should sign up for a Math placement test. If you are continuing in your World Language (either Mandarin or Spanish) you should also sign up for a Language placement test. If you speak Spanish at home and are interested in our Spanish for Spanish Speakers course series, please sign up for an interview with our of our Spanish teachers for that placement. We are offering placement tests on four dates: April 17, 18, 19, 20 starting at 3:30pm each day (with check-in starting at 3:15) and the testing concluding by 5:15pm each day. Each test will take approximately 45 minutes. Students can sign up for both their language and their math placement tests on the same day, or if they prefer, they can take the tests on different days. If you have an accommodation for extra time, you should only sign up for one test per day. Directions for signing up for your placement tests using this Eventbrite system: first select which day you would like to test, then select a "ticket" for each placement test you want to take that day (options are: Math, Spanish, Mandarin, or a Spanish for Spanish Speakers interview). Signups on this Eventbrite site will close one week prior to the testing dates.
