Sparky Reardon retired to Taylor, MS after thirty-six years of working at Ole Miss; twenty of those as dean of students. A son of the Mississippi Delta, he was raised among four generations of a large Sicilian family. Every family meal was a celebration where Sicilian/Italian blended with traditional Delta cooking. Reardon has spent considerable time in Sicily, eating his way through the island, taking occasional cooking classes and mastering “la dolce far niente," the sweetness of doing nothing. This will be a Family-Style event, meaning communal seating. So, get ready to buddy up with your neighbor! If you do have seating preferences, please contact the restaurant directly, and we will do our best to accommodate. This is a TWO DAY event (Tuesday, April 4th & Wednesday, April 5th), so please be sure you have chosen the correct day before purchasing your ticket! Please call the restaurant to inform us know of any special requests, dietary restrictions, etc. Ticket price includes dinner, tax, gratuity, and Eventbrite fees. Beverages purchased separately at the restaurant.
