The full Pink Moon holds the energy of renewal. Following behind the Spring Equinox, it is the first full moon of the season and aligns our energy with the cycles of nature. Allow yourself to blossom and explore renewed joy, hope, and gratitude as you experience this period of growth! Yoga will incorporate somatics and extended shavasana with the beautiful accompaniment of tongue drums. Crystals will be provided to borrow for class, and you are welcome to incorporate your own! As always, please come with peaceful intentions and an open mind ☆ **This is a donation based event. Donations accepted in person via venmo or cash.** Tounge Drums by Cesar Martinez- Cesar is a knowledgeable member of the sound healing and crystal community. He uses sound as a vehicle for meditation and enjoys bringing others along through his melodies. Yoga and Somatics by Margaret Moreno- Margaret is a certified yoga instructor, herbalist, and tarot reader from Dark Earth Energy. She also has her BFA in dance and uses movement in all of its forms as a healing modality, fuzing it with other holistic avenues. This workshop will include a 1hr yoga flow with somatic practice (using movement and self-touch to build awareness of our body, alignment, and muscular tension and release), accompanied by singing bowls and tongue drums. What to bring: •Yoga Mat (we will have a few extra mats) •Bolster, blanket, block, or thick towel that can be used as gentle support during yoga (we will have a couple extra) •Crystals (we will provide specific crystals, but you are welcome to bring your own!) size of palm or smaller.
