TBRIĀ® Fridays is a 4-part series of multi-disciplinary workshops designed to give church staff, volunteers, and professionals who serve children and families the knowledge and practical skills they need to bring hope and healing. These classes are being offered to educate and equip in practical ways for our community partners who work with children.
Children from hard places include children who experienced distress in the womb, were hospitalized early in life, were abused or neglected, or experience other trauma, whether natural or man-made. TBRIĀ® Introduction & Overview will focus on understanding the meaning of child behaviors, the brain chemistry of a child from a hard place, and how to help children and families heal and connect.
We highly encourage you to plan to attend all four sessions if you sign up to join us. They will be held on Fridays 12-1:30pm at Beech Haven Baptist in Athens and lunch will be provided but we need to know how many people are coming so please register if you plan to attend.
