Join Dan and Martie for a first ever *morning* Nordic Exposure event at Curiosi-Tea House in upper North Mankato with food and drink specials for participants! This is a self paced experience but we will be there for tips and encouragement so whether you've never done cold water exposure before, or you've been at our past events, this is a great opportunity to get your weekly cold cycles in!   Curiosi-Tea participant specials:  Participant Drink Special: $1 off any size hot or cold tea to drink in or to go - any tea on our tea menu!  We also currently have cold Strawberry Lemon Kombucha on tap included in the special.
