On Friday, April 21 at the B.F. Jones Memorial Library in Aliquippa, Beaver County residents will get to experience creative advocacy at work. A joint effort of The Genesis Collective, RiverWise, and New Sun Rising, the event, entitled Beyond Rust: Artists Respond to Industrial Development in Beaver County, features art from artists all over our region who were inspired by the film, Boom & Bust, and the public response to it. You are invited to explore your own response to these ideas with music, visual art, poetry, and more. Refreshments will be served.
