Focusing on female business owners that would like help setting goals, creating strategic plans or even just want to get all the good ideas swirling around in their minds organized with a little guidance. Coming together to support one another in our different areas of strength and to learn from each other in a kind and supportive atmosphere. In session one, we provide tools to help you get clear on your business vision, map out short and long-term goals and talk through how to move forward with the right mindset. - Planning & Goal setting - How to Prioritize - Clarity in your Business - Understanding your business identity, the who, why & how - How to move forward, break down big goals into smaller SMART goals - Intentional, dedicated work time so you can understand and reach your goals. Running a small business is hard and often leaves very little time to actually work ON your business, not just in it. You don’t need to go it alone! In this group setting, we’ll go through some goal setting, brand building, and mind mapping exercises together and have time to talk to the other women in attendance about areas you might need help or be able to offer support/ideas/advice to one another in your own unique area of expertise. We’ll also do a small meditation at the beginning of the workshop and midway through do a little chair yoga to keep the brain happy and full of oxygen! No magic secrets- just some useful tools, community and a place to talk through some things that you just can’t seem to get past on your own. Join us for an afternoon of camaraderie, goal setting, mind mapping, and business planning, and leave set up with an accountability group of other attendees in a similar boat to you. Other things we can talk about: - You need help identifying who your target audience(s) really is and understanding the best ways to reach them. - You are overwhelmed with ideas and information, and you need help creating and implementing an action plan. - You know what you need to do — but you need systems and structures in your business to get things done efficiently. We will provide: Workshop material: paper, pens, markers, colored pencils. Coffee, tea, afternoon snacks. Please bring: Notebooks and any favorite materials/books/inspiration to share. ______ About Hannah : I am a photographer, creative director & brand strategist living in coastal Maine.
