Join Beth for a slow flow yoga flow class designed to unlock your creativity, followed by an opportunity to paint your own sloth with step-by-step instructions from sloth, art, and yoga aficionado, Shoshana Weissmann. $40 includes the yoga class and supplies. Please BYO yoga mat, and if you'd like to paint your sloth directly on your yoga mat, you are welcome to do so! Otherwise, a canvas will be provided. Old Town Alexandria
