Emerson College welcomes Putsata Reang, author of the powerful memoir "Ma and Me," for an evening of conversation and storytelling. The event is split into two parts, with the first half being a Q&A session between Reang and members of the Emerson community, and the second half being a public reading.
During the Q&A session, Reang will engage with the Emerson community by answering questions and providing an exclusive opportunity to delve deeper into the themes explored in "Ma and Me."
Following the Q&A, the event opens up to the public for a reading by Reang. She will read excerpts from "Ma and Me." Reang's story is a poignant reminder of the strength of the human spirit, and her writing has been praised for its honesty and vulnerability.
