Magical Market Maenad Faire vendor spots for sale only for approved vendors that have applied via our website to be in our group. Our April event will be themed the "Maenad Faire”. For more information about the Maenad Faire visit our blog via the link in the vendor newsletter or the Facebook event page. We encourage you to dress up for the event and decorate your booth to fit the theme. IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING: If you were given the link to this Eventbrite sale by a friend you will not be allowed to participate until you visit our website and complete the vendor application process. Your ticket will be refunded if you purchase a vendor space without becoming an approved vendor prior to purchasing a space. This is a private link that is only shared with our approved vendor list. Remember not to share it with your friends and family. If they want to participate please direct them to our website to fill out an application. Purchase Instructions - MUST READ: When you purchase your booth please include your business name and the name you used on your vendor application so that we can easily identify you. If we do not know who you are your ticket will be refunded. Market Details: Date: April 29th,2023 Location: 1600 Military Highway, Pineville, Louisiana 71360 Time: 5 pm to 9 pm Setup Begins: 3 pm Takedown: By 10 pm Vendor Fee: $15 Facebook Event Link: AGE RESTRICTIONS: Remember this venue is a bar so it is 21 and up only. Leave the kids at home. This rule is strictly enforced by the owners. Booth Info: There are only 19 spots available, so sign up fast if you want to be on the list! Booth assignments will be sent out Friday, April 28th, 2023, one day before the market via email. Any special details about your booth will be included therein. Be sure to check your email the Friday before the event so you can show up prepared for the booth space you are assigned. IF you have a medical condition that requires you to be indoors or closer to the restroom please let Marilynn know in advance. You may also request to be next to a certain vendor although we cannot guarantee that there will be enough space for you to be next to your friend every month we will try to put you next to each other when possible. We do try to space out our vendors so that we don't have to of the same type of vendor right next to each other so please keep that in mind. The booth size indoors is a single 5ft table (6 is okay if that’s all you have, but this is a smaller space so we prefer the 5ft to allow more walking room). Outdoors there is room for a 6x8 space and each vendor is allowed 2 tables. Spaces are assigned at random and we try to mix them up every month unless you request a particular space or you are one of our OG regulars that has earned their permanent spot. No electricity is provided. No ice chests are allowed due to the venue. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your participation please do so by the Thursday prior to the event. Vendors that do not get in touch with us about their reason for pulling a no show will be removed from the approved vendor list and this newsletter. To cancel send a Facebook message to the Magical Market Facebook Page or Marilynn Casida. Engagement Requirements: Please remember to share the flyer included in the email you received on your business page and use our hashtag #magicalmarket to encourage the Facebook algorithm to show our posts to more people. We also ask you to use the invite feature on Facebook and invite people to the event created by the Magical Market. Taxes & Legal Things: It is the vendors responsibility to be in compliance with all market requirements, applicable parish, city, state, and federal regulations, and if selling food or charging sales tax, hold any required permits and/or licenses. We don't collect taxes from you. If you need to report them please be sure to go to your local tax office in a timely manner. Questions: If you have any questions please DO NOT contact Fighting Hand. The details of how the market works, how to sign up for each event, if you can bring a friend or your kids is ALL THERE in great detail. And once again DO NOT contact the venue about anything. Nada. Zip. Zilch. They only know that we will be there and they are not involved in the logistics of our events.
