Gently energize yourself with this seniors-friendly (but not limited to seniors) fitness class that utilizes modified movements adapted from the Yang style of Tai Chi.
This is our second in the series at the Main Library, and for this event, we will be introducing beginners to the 24-Movement Short Form, the basis for Tai Chi health curriculums that promote balance, flexibility, and general health, especially for our Tri-City seniors!
